UK taxes and duties are included in the product price.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes by your local customs office when your order arrives in the destination country. These will be billed by the courier who will contact you direct to arrange payment.

We offer free shipping options to all countries based on your order amount.
The free shipping will show at the checkout based on your order meeting the minimum spend requirement.
If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees or there is address issues, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees or enquiries are not resolved in this time.
Skaet is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order. Should any costs be incurred to return the parcel back to us, these costs will be deducted from any possible refunds.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Skaet cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
We ship our designs in biodegradable mailing bags, wrapped in recycled tissue paper and ribbon.

To return your order, fill in our returns form here and follow the steps outlined in the form.
You do not need to return the product back to us in the original packaging, however please do ensure that the garments are fully protected when returning them to us.
Our size chart is developed around the stretch in our fabric and the way that our clothing is made. Our size chart will give you a fitted look.

Wash your thermals inside out at 30°C and line dry afterwards. Make sure not to bleach, iron or tumble dry to ensure your garments last in good condition for as long as possible.
