Please note we are currently unable to process exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item/ size and returning the original item.

How To Return

If your return meets our conditions outlined below, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill in our returns form here.
  2. After receiving your submission, we will send you a return label to use for your return. Please package the items securely in their original condition.

 

Once your return has been received, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Returns Terms & Conditions
  • We offer free returns on both full price and sale items. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are non refundable
  • Returns are to be sent within 30 days of delivery
  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Items must show no signs of wear; Please be careful when trying on garments to avoid make up or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear or tear. Unfortunately, we can not accept any item for return which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odour).
  • All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. In case the return is in unsuitable condition, it will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.
  • We can only accept returns from the person that purchased the item.
International Returns
  • Please submit your return within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
  • Your return can be sent via a courier of your choice and this method does not need to be ‘express’. We recommend using a service that is trackable.
  • Skaet cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned internationally. We recommend sending your item/s back using a prepaid service that offers tracking.
  • You may be charged import duties & taxes. In an effort to avoid additional charges we recommend clearly marking the parcel as a ‘return’ and informing your chosen courier in advance about the return. In case any charges are still applied, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item. In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible via email: [email protected]. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
