Please note we are currently unable to process exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item/ size and returning the original item.


How To Return

If your return meets our conditions outlined below, please follow the below steps:

  1. Send us an email at contact@skaet.co.uk with details of your return and your order number.
  2. We will send a prepaid return label for UK returns. International orders will be liable to cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. Securely pack your item and attach the return label onto the outside of the parcel.
  4. Once your return has been received, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. It may take up to 30 days for the money to return to your account after the return has been processed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Items must show no signs of wear; Please be careful when trying on garments to avoid make up or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear or tear. Unfortunately, we can not accept any item for return which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odour).
  • We do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. In order to reduce the cost of return shipping we recommend opting for a mailing bag to reduce the size of the parcel as much as possible.
  • All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. In case the return is in unsuitable condition, it will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.
  • Returns are to be sent within 30 days of delivery.
  • Skaet cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
  • We can only accept returns from the person that purchased the item.
  • Once you have received your order, in the unlikely case that there are any issues with your garments, we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order.

International Returns

  • Please submit your return within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
  • You may be charged import duties & taxes. In an effort to avoid additional charges we recommend clearly marking the parcel as a ‘return’ and informing your chosen courier in advance about the return. In case any charges are still applied, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item. In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible via email: contact@skaet.co.uk. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
